St. Arsany's Library
This library is considered one of the biggest church libraries in Alexandria, concerning the number of books (not size! :).. It has about 8000 books in all the religious fields, mostly in Arabic, and it has some few English & French books too, also some nice collection of general cultural books (literature , poetry, history, ..etc.)
It serves all the church members, and some times other people from other churches..
And here is the opening times for the library:
# Everyday from 10:00 - 2:00 pm., except Mondays
# Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-9 pm
# Supervising Priest: Father Takla William
# Library Software: Engineer Emad Fawzy was the one who designed the program that we use in the library (using Oracle), and it is very useful one, having the ability to be edited to suit the needs of any library.. For more information please call 0123346065, or email Mr. Emad Fawzy on this email: emad_fawzy@hotmail.com.
