75) Before the Monastery with four kilometers

 قبل الدير بأربعة كيلومترات

The car stopped after we were about to reach the Monastery, on a junction of an area called “Etsha’gal”, and I knew from the previous visit to this Monastery that this area is away from the Monastery by 4 km.; as we took a photo at the spot last time, and it is on the website now, along with the ‘kilometerage’.  The whole way to the Monastery was very crowded, cars stopped on the sides, people walking around them, and that road was a dust road (gravel)..  The girl told me that we’ll have to head to the Monastery on foot, as the car can’t get in!!  We started walking, I had my bag with the laptop on my back, and started taking some photographs on the way, while taking care of my belongings, as it was very crowded..  Last time, which was exactly a month ago, that way was not like that at all, it had only few people.  I was surprised by this numerous numbers of cars, taxis, buses, and these thousands of people..

وبعد قرب وصولنا إلى الدير، وعند ملتقى الطرق، يُطلَق على تلك المنطقة اسم "إتشأجال"، توقف العربة، وكنت أعرف من المرة السابقة أن هذا قبل الدير بأربعة كيلومترات؛ حيث قمنا بأخذ لقطة من هناك في المرة السابقة، ووضعناها على الموقع، وبها الكيلومتراج.  وكان طريق الدير كله مزدحماً جداً، والعربات متوقفة على الجانبين، والناس تمشي بينها، وهذا الطريق غير ممهد بل طريق ترابي..  وقالت لي الفتاة، سوف نذهب للدير سيراً على الأقدام، حيث أن العربة لا تستطيع الدخول!!  فبدأنا بالسير، وكانت الشنطة، وبها اللاب توب على ظهري، وبدأت في أخذ بعض اللقطات في الطريق، مع حرصي على متعلقاتي الشخصية، حيث كان المكان مزدحماً جداً..  ولم يكن الطريق هكذا على الإطلاق في المرة السابقة، والتي كانت من شهر بالضبط، فقد كان به قلة قليلة من الناس.  وذُهِلت من هذا الكَمّ من العربات والتاكسيات والأتوبيسات، وهذه الآلاف المؤلفة من الناس..
